I’m a late-diagnosed ADHD professional and a Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) — the credential that decides whether ADHD at work is treated as accommodation or performance. I’ve spent twelve years inside those systems, first on the insurer side, then at a disability-management firm.

I built Lechio after losing an entire Tuesday afternoon to a single email I couldn’t start. I’d tried Motion, Sunsama, Goblin Tools, body doubling, ADHD coaches, and four planners. None met me at the freeze. None remembered me the next day. So I read 697 peer-reviewed studies and built the rescue I was trying to find.

We read 697 studies before writing a single line of this product.

Between April 2025 and April 2026 we collected 1,802 publicly accessible posts and comments from r/ADHD, r/adhdwomen, r/ADHDmemes, and LinkedIn — about the freeze, the masking, the diagnosis, the tools. 547 of them matched at least one of eight pre-registered themes.

The strongest cross-platform pattern: the “I keep re-explaining my ADHD context to ChatGPT” conversation is a LinkedIn one (φ = 0.40, p < 1e-22, Bonferroni-corrected) — exactly where mid-career professionals talk about how they actually work. That’s where this product is built for.

Will this work for me if I've tried eight ADHD tools and given up?

Honestly — for some of those eight, the right answer is that nothing about this one will be different for you. That is why the first three rescues are free, and why we refund any month you have paid for without a survey or a “tell us why” form.

The thing that is structurally different here is two-fold. It lives in the tab where you actually freeze, so there is no separate app to remember to open. And it remembers you between sessions, so the rescue compounds rather than resets. Whether those two things matter to you is the only test that counts.

Can my employer see this?

No. The browser extension is named neutrally — it does not show “ADHD,” “rescue,” or anything mental-health-coded in its install name, your extensions list, or any URL it visits. There is no badge in the corner of your screen, no notification you have to dismiss in a meeting.

An IT scan sees a small, generically-named browser extension — nothing that signals what it is. If a screen share happens while the rescue panel is open, you can close it in one click. There is no employer dashboard, no work-calendar integration, and no “share your progress” social surface. The naming and silence are commitments, not marketing.

What happens if I cancel?

Two clicks in Settings. No survey. No phone call. No “tell us why” form. Cancellation stops billing immediately; if you ever see a charge after cancelling, email me directly and I refund it the same day.

Your memory exports as a human-readable JSON file — patterns, stuck spots, rescue history, all of it. The file is tool-portable, so you can move it elsewhere or hold onto it. We retain the server copy for 30 days post-cancellation in case you change your mind, then it is deleted.

Is my data being used to train AI models?

No. Your memory is yours. It is not for sale, training, or anonymised resale. Every API call to the LLM provider has the no-training flag set, so your conversation does not become training data for the underlying model either.

The memory layer is encrypted at rest. We do not run analytics on individual stuck-pattern content for product purposes; what we measure is aggregate, consented, and never tied to a specific person’s freeze moments.

Why $9 / $12 / $14? Why not free?

The free tier covers most casual users — three rescues a week is enough to genuinely solve a freeze, not a teaser. Beyond that, the LLM provider charges per request, and rescues are not cheap to run.

We could have built this ad-supported. We did not, because that monetisation model would have meant selling your stuck moments to the highest bidder.
